The Team
Our office-based staff are a team of friendly, empathic individuals who are passionate about helping you to overcome your fears of flight. Please feel free to call them to chat about your fear, to have your questions answered and to book. Richard & Paul, the directors are always on hand to help. Organisers and advisors
Representatives from Airport Services, Cabin Crew training and other Virgin Atlantic customer service areas will attend your course. They are on hand to answer any questions that you may have about how they can make your journey more enjoyable.

Special Assistance department - Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd
Should you wish to fly with Virgin Atlantic, the Special Assistance department is there for you should you have any special requirements or anxieties regarding your flight. Please speak to a representative during your course or you can phone on 0870-380-2004

Special Services department - Virgin Holidays
There is normally a representative from this area too. They perform a wide-ranging role too and are part of the Virgin Holidays group.

Richard Conway - Director

Richard is passionate about the Flying Without Fear programme. He set up our highly successful 'One-on-One' initiative in 1999 and has been responsible for the evolution of the group course. His background is Business, Training and Development.

Paul Tizzard - Director

Paul has been with the programme since it began, when he helped set up the programme whilst working as Cabin Crew.

He has stayed with the programme as he has seen thousands of people's lives change for the better. He has a background in Training and Development and also runs his own training consultancy specialising in Management Development, Coaching and Personal Effectiveness.
